Running multiple variations of the same SimuLizar experiment runs start off from last variation's runtime model

Description

Starting multiple simulation variations of the same SimuLizar experiment is currently not possible in ExperimentAutomation if the SimuLizar experiment uses reconfiguration rules. The cause of this is that ExperimentAutomation re-uses the same PCM models in the blackboard for every simulation run.

I already have a local fix which I will commit in the next days.

It seems that the issue is not fixed. When running the SimuLizar LoadBalancer example, the branching probabilities are 1.0 and 0.0 in the beginning and are then changed by the reconfiguration rules. For repetitions of the simulation via ExperimentAutomation, the branching probabilities are not reset but stay at their previously reconfigured value.
