Publish Standalone Release of Current FeatureModel

Create separate build and update site for the palladio feature model.
This includes
*a buckminster-based build on the new jenkins build server
*publishing of a standalone update site
*modifying the palladio build to use the update site instead of cheacking out the feature model sources
*modifying the palladio composite update site
*remove the feature model from the team project set
