Make EMF Profiles create a manifest for profile projects so that custom stereotype command labels are used (again)

EMF Profiles creates only a plugin.xml but no MANIFEST.MF for profile projects. Therefore, usages of the extension point for custom stereotype command labels are not used until a MANIFEST.MF is manually created.
