Running ProtoCom with menu and -w option fails

Description

If running ProtoCom with menu (-M option) and -w option leads to an IO exception:

16:02 INFO [main]: Please pin java runtime to a single processor if needed! Press a key to continue!
16:02 ERROR [main]: Failed to wait for key. java.io.IOException: Stream closed

Environment

Please also note that "wait" is also not needed since the menu waits for a user key.

Fixed. Removed -wait (w) parameter (also updated wiki). The parameter was used to have time for pinning the prototype. The parameter did not make sense anymore since the pinning is now realized via the taskset command.

Since the -M option is removed now, this already happens when only using the -w option.
