UsageEvolution Dynamic Feature Delegation not set

When copying the usage evolution models using the EMF Copier the usages containment can get lost, as it is not correctly returning the dynamic feature count. This is due to the GenModel not using dynamic feature delegation.

We should make sure that feature delegation mode in usage evolution is set to the same as in PCM meta model
