A reliability-specific model consistency and completeness check is missing
Description
Currently, the reliability solver uses the same checks for model completeness and consistency as the performance simulation. Hence, certain model elements are "required" even though they are ignored by the reliability solver:
workload specifications in the usage model
amount specifications of resource demands (such as 10 requested CPU work units)
performance annotations in resource environments (e.g. processing rates, scheduling policies, latency and bandwith specifications)
To overcome this issue, an own reliability-specific model completeness and consistency check should be introduced, which takes into account the specific requirements for reliability prediction (as opposed to performance prediction)

Closed this task because priority of improvement is too low because task is pending since 2012.
